Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery timesEstimated delivery times after your order ships:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen during holidays or because of customs or carrier issues.

Customs, duties and taxes International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Tracking Tracking is provided for every order. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, contact us.

Lost or delayed packages If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email us at leeku.efrat@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate and resend or refund where appropriate. In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, significant delays beyond the stated delivery times may entitle you to cancel the transaction.

Wrong address Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address, but contact us right away and we'll try to help.
