Return and Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to love your PuddlePaws boots. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.

14-Day Statutory Cancellation & 30-Day Guarantee In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel your transaction within 14 days of receiving the item or the order confirmation, whichever is later. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 30-day money-back guarantee from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused or only tried on briefly indoors

  • Clean and in its original condition

  • Returned with its original packaging, if possible

How to start a return Email us at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and the reason for the return. Please include photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as we won't be able to process them.

Wrong size If the boots don't fit, contact us and we'll help you exchange them for a different size.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including original shipping costs, at no cost to you.

Return shipping & Cancellation Fees For returns due to a change of mind or wrong size, the customer pays return shipping. Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, cancellations not resulting from a defect or mismatch may be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs and no cancellation fees will apply.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (and no later than 14 days from the date of cancellation). Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
