We want you and your dog to love your PuddlePaws boots. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused or only tried on briefly indoors
- Clean and in its original condition
- Returned with its original packaging, if possible

How to start a return
Email us at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and the reason for the return. Please include photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as we won't be able to process them.

Wrong size
If the boots don't fit, contact us and we'll help you exchange them for a different size.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Return shipping
For returns due to a change of mind or wrong size, the customer pays return shipping. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover it.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
